    I took my pet ferret Here after she had been diagnosed with insulinoma at an emergency vet, she had to see helen every 3 months and Helen was always really great with her and with us. She contacted a specialist to see if surgery was a good option, we had already done some reading and asking around and we came to the same conclusion as helen, that medication was best but we understood there was a shortened life span. She lived for another 7 months, the first time she had a worsened seizure Helen stayed late for us to take her in as she wAs worried it would be bad news for BooBoo, then when we made the decision just 2 weeks later(she deteriorated rapidly) Helen fully supported our decision to put her down and was so sensitive and understanding, she even let me hold her while she did it. This vets practice also removed the extra fee that you used to pay for repeat prescriptions which meant the prescription was only a few pounds each month, it didn't matter too much to us as we had insurance but it's great for those who don't.

    Since BooBoo passed I had to take my pet ferret Behemoth as he was being sick, I managed to get an appointment within half n hour of ringing them so we rushed him there and as this was Helen's first time meeting him she asked how he was settling in and was really understanding when he bit her for inflicting the thermometer on him, she even asked how my other ferret was doing after BooBoo passing. Luckily there was nothing wrong with Behemoth but even if there was I would've known he was in good hands. Absolutely flawless service, I wouldn't go anywhere else now unless it wad an emergency
